Chiara Capony’s art moves between the physical body and the natural world, using water as a symbol of memory and change. Working across traditional and digital media, the Philippine-born, Europe-based artist captures "landscapes of the interior." With an academic background from both Manila and Paris, she has exhibited across Europe and Asia, offering a figurative style that is a dialogue between the philosophical and the profoundly personal. She has called Belgium home in the last 10 years.
