Mood Swings. is the perfect show for everyone as we move on from the warmth and relaxation of summer to the cooler, somber autumn months. Returning from vacation and diving back into the frenzy of work, we can all imagine the relationship between the selected pieces and the myriad emotions we are all feeling in the changes that surround us.
Featuring pieces by Anna Bautista, CABNOV, Marrie Saplad, Obags, and Tita Halaman, this show gives us a chance to process our emotions by relating them to the art displayed. Feeling excited about the transitions about to happen in your life? Check out Anna Bautista’s pieces. Let CABNOV’s works further animate our energy, whim, and joy. Marrie Saplad’s monochrome paintings represent us being pensive and reflective. Inspired to see beyond limitations, Obags has us covered. Finally, Tita Halaman’s pieces might remind us of the mixed bag of emotions we’re dealing with.
Art has always been intertwined with emotions. Similarly, our thoughts, feelings, and even healing can be influenced by the art we see.
